Yoga Teacher Sue MacPherson believes that yoga is a journey of self discovery and she strives to creates a supportive and welcoming environment where you can find a deep connection to your mind, body and heart. Her first experience of yoga was in 2007 in the Ashtanga practice. Through the years she has grown stronger in her mind and body, and more flexible and fearless both on and off the mat, Her classes, rooted in Hatha,
Vinyasa and Yin and are designed to be accessible and inclusive for everyone at all levels. She has lived on the North Shore all her life and she is dedicated to continuing sharing the profound benefits of yoga. When not on her Yoga mat, she enjoys family, the local mountains and the beaches. She looks forward to connecting with you all and guiding you on your yoga journey!
