Lonsdale Wellness Studio’s yoga classes are designed to support movement, strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. We offer a range of yoga styles in North Vancouver, including Hatha Yoga, and therapeutic yoga sessions that focus on mobility, posture, and nervous system regulation. Our classes can help improve flexibility, reduce stress, and support recovery from common concerns such as neck pain, shoulder tension, and lower back discomfort.
Our yoga team includes both Yoga Instructor Sue MacPherson and Yoga Therapist Danae Nicole Thrower, allowing us to support a wide range of goals – from relaxation and general wellness to pain management, injury recovery, and nervous system support.
