Came here to get my bike fitted with Dr. Keegan, and both visits were an excellent experience. Dr. Keegan is friendly, super knowledgeable, and really took the time to dial in my bike fit so I could ride comfortably. Two weeks in, and I can already feel the difference—my usual pain is slowly fading away, and every ride feels smoother and more natural. He also gave me helpful workout suggestions to improve performance and make sure I’m getting the most out of every ride. I genuinely feel more connected to my bike now. Thank you, Dr. Keegan!

This clinic has such an incredible ambience to it. Right when you walk in, it’s very warm and inviting and then the clinic opens up into a giant open space with big bright windows allowing in so much natural light, which instantly boosts your mood, regardless of the reason you came in for. The clinic rooms are quite spacious and clean and feel cozy yet not cramped or stuffy. I’ve only been in 2 of the rooms for massage but they had the same feeling. The chiropractic room is also very spacious and bright and I’ve had the pleasure of meeting both chiropractors who are very friendly and informative in their work and treatments. I’ve heard great things about the two acupuncturists that work there, but I’ve yet to try it myself. I’ve done a couple of classes of yoga on Sundays with Sue and she’s fabulous! She goes at a good pace and has many modifications for any level or injury. I really like this place I’m glad I found it.

Dr. Keegan Tom is fantastic! He helped me with a bike fitting, and the experience was really great. He is knowledgeable, patient, and my bike setup is so much better now. Highly recommended!

Dr Keegan Tom has been fantastic. During my initial visit he found a few issues and gave me effective stretching and strengthening exercises for my neck, shoulders, and spine. On subsequent visits he has quickly located and relieved the built-up knots and tension. He is friendly and efficient and I always leave feeling better.

I first visited for a locked neck and shoulder and Dr. Bo Gregson, the chiropractor, has been outstanding. He is attentive, thorough, and genuinely cares about his patients. My headaches have completely resolved since starting care, and I really appreciate the personalized stretches he provides to support my progress at home. I also recently began seeing RMT Rojin, who gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She identified my tension points and worked through them with such skill and precision that I left feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. I slept better than I have in ages and woke up the next day with more energy. Alana at the Front Desk is equally wonderful. She’s always friendly, organized, and goes above and beyond to assist with scheduling and insurance inquiries. Truly a pleasure to interact with. I had so much pain because of my disc herniation which I had since 2009 and it was getting worse as I was aging. I could not walk and stand for more than 20 minutes. At my work place I was always struggling and was in so much pain. I was thinking of going for surgery because I was depressed and desperate until I met Dr. TOM KEEGAN. After the first session when I went back home almost fifty percent of my pain was already disappeared. After doing the exercises that he gave for home, I even got better and by the third appointment almost 95% of my pain was gone. I was able to walk and stand for long hours again at my workplace with no pain. The only time that I had pain was when I was trying to pick something up from the floor. DR. KEEGAN gave me another two exercises on 4th appointment which were so effective and by the third day after my appointment my pain was zero now I can live a normal life and enjoy my favourite activities with no pain. I can not find words to thank Dr.KEEGAN and I am so grateful for everything that he has done for me. I highly recommend Dr. TOM KEEGAN for anybody who is suffering from disc problem. I’m so grateful to have found this clinic! Dr. Tom and Dr. Gregson have made such a difference to my overall wellbeing, my overall pain level has decreased and I’m able to do more in my day to day life. I practically came in shaped like a shrimp and these two have worked hard in undoing my hours upon hours of being scrunched over my laptop. I was also fortunate enough to have been referred to RMT Anthony. The amount of pain relief I experienced from one single massage with him was incredible.

Dr. Bo is amazing! I have had my doubts about seeing a chiropractor for my back pain for a long time. Dr. Bo was very receptive of my concerns and has been patient and thorough. He does fantastic work and has been greatly helpful in my process to heal. Super welcoming space with lovely staff all around!

Acupuncture with Gabrielle Fox is the best on the North Shore (and I’ve seen a lot of different acupuncturists). I went in for fertility and hormonal support and I should have named the baby after her, since the baby only exists thanks to her treatments. Unlike most acupuncturists who leave the room, she also offers acupressure and really cares about your entire wellbeing. Just a genuinely amazingly kind person who exudes love for her craft.
